GARDAI INVESTIGATE CRAUGHWELL FIRE

GARDAI from Gort are understood to be investigating a fire which raged for almost two hours at a building in Craughwell overnight.
Four units of fire brigades from Loughrea and Athenry fought the blaze in a disused building off the main street in Craughwell.
The fire fighters were alerted to the scene of the blaze at approximately midnight and were there until almost 2 am today.
As yet the cause of the blaze is unknown.
