Gardai investigate Connemara sheep kill

Galway Bay fm newsroom – 33 sheep were killed by dogs in the Moycullen and Oughterard areas last night.

Gardaí and the County Council Dog Warden are investigating the incidents at Birchall, Oughterard and Ballyquirke, Moycullen.

It’s not known if it’s the same group of dogs involved in the attacks in both areas.

A check on dog licences in the Connemara area is now being undertaken.
