GARDAI INVESTIGATE COLLISION ON HEADFORD ROAD

Gardai are investigating a collision between a car and a horse on the outskirts of the city last evening.

The incident took place at 5.15 on the Headford Road.

A woman in her late twenties was hospitalised when her car swerved off the road and collided with a horse in a field off the hard shoulder.
