Gardaí are appealing for the public’s help in tracing the whereabouts of a man in his 60s who is missing from Galway since Sunday.

John ‘Jack’ Ryan, aged 62, was last seen on August 13 in the city, but Gardaí believe he may have travelled since then to Dublin.

He is described as being 6’3” in height, of thin build and with wavy grey hair which is receding. It is not known what he was wearing when last seen.

Anyone who has seen John or may know his whereabouts is asked to contact Galway Garda Station on 091 538000 or the Garda Confidential line on 1800 666 111.
