GARDA REPORT REVEALS GALWAY MAN DENIED SEX ABUSE ALLEGATIONS

A Garda has revealed to a Central Criminal Court trial that a Galway man denied all his sister’s sex abuse allegations.

Garda Claire O’Flagherty said the man denied in an interview in 2006 that he’d sexually abused the girl or raped her.

The 55-year-old accused has pleaded NOT guilty to indecently assaulting his younger sister in the family home and later raping her in his car between January 1971 and August 1980.
