GARDA COMMISSIONER TO ORGANISE CONSULTATIONS IN CORRANDULLA

The Garda Commissioner is to organise consultations with locals in Corrandulla about the level of policing in the area following the closure of the station.

It was announced in the Budget that Corrandulla station is to close next year along with 30 other garda stations across the country.

The matter was raised by Fine Gael Senator Fidelma Healy-Eames in the Seanad this week.
