GAMING COMPANY TO BEGIN WORK ON RAHOON PREMISES

The go-ahead has been given to change an industrial building in the city into a new technology office.

Part of the former laundry site in Rahoon will become the new premises for Zenimax Online Ireland Limited.

The development will involve the fit-out of part of the ground floor and first floor of the vacant industrial unit at Rahoon Business Park.

Zenimax is a U.S software company and the development in Rahoon is expected to bring with it 200 jobs.
