GALWAY TRAVELLER MOVEMENT CONDEMS EXCLUSION OF BOXER FROM NIGHTCLUB

Galway Traveller Movement has condemned an incident in which former Olympic boxer, Francis Barrett was refused entry to a city nightclub earlier this week.

Mr. Barrett carried the Tri-colour for the Irish team at the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta.

He moved from England back to his native Galway with his family 8 months ago.
