GALWAY THIRD MOST POPULAR FOR BUSINESS START-UPS

Galway is the third most popular location in Ireland for business start-ups.

That’s according to Bank of Ireland’s start-up barometer, which tracked the number of limited companies formed in Ireland last year.

731 businesses were established in Galway, meaning just Dublin with nearly 7,000 new enterprises and Cork with over 1500 new enterprises, were ahead of the county last year.
