GALWAY SOLICITOR STRUCK OFF OVER MISAPPROPRIATING FUNDS

A Galway solicitor has been struck off the roll of solicitors by the High Court.

Michael J Murphy who practised as MJ Murphy & Co in Salthill was struck off due to his involvement in an ‘elaborate charade’ in which he misappropriated client monies.
