GALWAY SOFTWARE FIRM TO DOUBLE WORKFORCE
Date Published: 20-Jun-2011
A Galway software company set up by a former University Professor has announced plans to create more jobs.
Parkmore-based Enerit has started trials of energy saving software with ten multinationals this week.
The firm claims it’s the first software in the world that helps large factories or offices meet the requirements of a new global energy standard announced on Friday.
Former mechanical engineering Professor at NUI Galway Paul Monaghan is the founder and chief executive of Enerit.
He’s planning to double his workforce from ten to twenty jobs.
