GALWAY PROPERTY PRICES IN LINE WITH NATIONAL 7 PERCENT DROP

Property prices in Galway are in line with the national average, having fallen just over 3 percent in the second quarter of this year.

It’s the fourteenth consecutive declining quarter.

The average value of a home in Galway is now 265 thousand euro.

The latest MyHome.ie survey shows that the total fall this year is 7 percent.
