GALWAY POLITICIANS URGED TO REPLACE CIGNA JOB LOSSES IN LOUGHREA

Galway politicians are being called on to ensure the 180 jobs lost at CIGNA in Loughrea are replaced.

The US global healthcare company, which has been in Loughrea since 1989, will close in June, with three phases of lay-offs in March, April and June.
