GALWAY PD LEADER SAYS HIS POLITICAL FUTURE IS STILL UNDECIDED

Leader of the Progressive Democrats and Galway man Ciaran Cannon says that he has not decided as yet where his political future lies.

The Athenry man said that although there was much sadness involved, he was pleased that the PD party was wound up last night.

Senator Cannon says that the party was given a dignified ending, which was deserved after 23 years at the centre of Irish politics.

He also said he would not be making any decisions on his political future until after christmas.
