Galway housing market shows improvement

New figures released today by Real Estate Alliance reveal that Galway’s housing market is showing improvement.
In the past year, the average time for selling a property in Galway has dropped from 12 weeks to four weeks.
The average price of a three-bed semi in Galway county is now 200 thousand euro, a rise of almost a fifth in the past 12 months.
