GALWAY HAS COUNTRY’S HIGHEST NUMBER OF TRAVELLERS

New figures show that Galway county has the highest number of Travellers in Ireland.

The figures released by the CSO show that of the 29 thousand 573 Irish travellers living in the country, 2 thousand 476 are in Galway City and County.

Waterford County has the lowest of Travellers at just 152 according to CSO figures released today.
