Galway Fire services issue warning on bonfires
Galway bay fm news – Galway Fire services has issued a warning over the potential dangers of bonfires.
The escalation of bonfires as well as exploding aerosals can cause horific injuries and parental supervision is encouraged at all times.
They’re are urging people not to engage with bonfires, but if they must, to ensure that only organic material is used.
Over the last few days, the fire services have been monitoring bonfire sites across the county and will continue to do so throughout the night.
Speaking on Galway Talks, Senior Assistant Fire Officer in Galway Paul Duffy – says most people are not aware of the dangers of bonfires
