GALWAY DEPUTY DEMANDS TAOISEACH WITHDRAW ‘GURRIER’ CLAIM

The Chairman of the Fine Gael Parliamentary Party Padraic McCormack has called on the Taoiseach to withdraw the word ‘Gurrier’ from describing him.

The Galway west TD claims Brian Cowen referred to him as a Gurrier and wants it withdrawn from the record of the Dáil.

Deputy McCormack says he couldn’t find the word in the Dictionary so it must be very bad.
