GALWAY COUNCILS TO NET MILLIONS FROM PROPERTY FEES

Galway city and county councils are expected to net over four million euro from second home tax payments this year.

The deadline for the ‘Non Principal private residence charge’ expired at the end of last month with a late payment 20 euro rolling fee applied monthly from July on.
