GALWAY CHILD SEX ABUSE TRIAL OPENS IN DUBLIN

A Galway woman has told a jury she ordered a man out of her house after her 11 year old daughter alleged he sexually assaulted her in bedooms there two years ago.

The 42-year-old man has pleaded not guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to sexually assaulting the girl on April 15, 2006 in Galway.

The trial continues before Judge Patrick McCartan and a jury of eight women and four men.
