GALWAY CHAMBER SECURES EU MENTORING PROGRAMME

The Galway chamber of commerce has been selected to manage a national mentoring programme for women.

The chamber secured the project after winning an EU competition to develop the Irish programme.

It will involve recruiting female entrepreneurs who have been in business for over one year, and matching each with a mentor.

Minister for Small Business, John Perry will launch the programme in the European Commission Representation in Dublin next month.
