GALWAY BUSINESSMAN AGAIN RULED IN CONTEMPT OF COURT

A Galway businessman has been commited to prison for a second time for contempt of court in proceedings by ACC Asset Finance to enforce a 3 million euro judgment order.

Mr Justice Brian McGovern ruled yesterday that James Clancy was in contempt of orders requiring information about his assets.
