GALWAY BROTHEL OPERATOR GETS 5 YEAR SENTENCE

A brothel keeper who rented apartments in Galway, Dublin, Cork and Limerick has been given a five-year sentence.

39 year old, Aidan Dorney of Chelmsford Road, Ranelagh, Dublin pleaded guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to managing brothels in Salthill and other cities in April, 2009.

He also pleaded guilty to permitting premises to be used as brothels at Seaview Court, Galway on May 24, 2007.
