GALWAY BANK OF SCOTLAND IRELAND BRANCH STAFF TO KEEP JOBS

The majority of staff at the Galway branch of Bank of Scotland Ireland are expected to be offered jobs with an independent service company.

The bank has announced it’s to end operations here at the end of the year.

The spokesperson said the vast majority of the 30 people working in their Prospect Hill office in the city would be transferred to an Independent Service company.
