Gaeltacht minister to attend Galway events

Galway Bay fm newsroom – The Gaeltacht Minister is attending a number of events in County Galway today.
Minister Dinny McGinley will visit Lettermullen, Inverin and Salthill.
In the next half hour, Minister McGinley will open the new heritage centre in Leitir Mealláin.
At 5 o’clock this evening, he’ll present handcraft certificates for Pastime Connemara at Seancoil na Minna in Inverin.
Pastime Chonamara offers specially run bi-lingual craft courses for all age groups.
At 7 o’clock this evening, Minister McGinley will attend the Gradaim Chumarsáide an Oireachtas in the Galway Bay Hotel in Salhtill.
The awards aim to celebrate excellence in the Irish language media sector and showcase the achievements of presenters, journalists and actors.
