Future of Castlegar to be discussed at public information session
Galway Bay fm newsroom – The future of Castlegar is to be discussed at a public information session in the city tomorrow.
Households from across the area have had their say on the local issues impacting them and the areas that require development.
Questionnaires were distributed by Galway City Council prior to Christmas as part of the process in a bid to develop a plan for the area.
Over 60 responses were received and all feedback is to be showcased tomorrow in the Menlo Park Hotel from 2 to 8pm.
Helen Coleman is Senior Planner with Galway City Council and says anyone can drop in to provide their feedback on what Castlegar needs to adequately serve its community.
