FURTHER WITNESS BOX EVIDENCE IN ALLEGED RAPE TRIAL

No male DNA evidence was found on an alleged rape victim from Galway a rape trial at the Central Criminal Court has heard.

Both the alleged rape victim and her former boyfriend have been giving evidence from the witness box at Galway courthouse.

The accused, a man in his late 30’s, denies two charges of rape and sexual assault of a teenager at a location in the county on July 27th 2008.
