FURTHER TALKS DUE AT TROUBLED EAST GALWAY BOATING COMPANY

Talks at the troubled Emerald Star will continue over the coming weeks.

The boating company which has bases in Portumna, Leitrim and Belturbet held a meeting to discuss the company’s future in Galway city last week.

Negotiations between unions and management will take place over the coming weeks.
