FUNDS RAISED FOR LILY MAE CAUGHT UP IN HMV PROBLEMS

It’s emerged that some of the funds raised for a four year old girl from Claregalway have been caught up in the problems facing HMV.

More than 300 musicians got behind a recording of Elton John’s ‘Tiny Dancer ‘ before Christmas, to help Lily Mae Morrison in her fight against a rare form of cancer.

The song got to number 2 in the Irish Christmas charts, and number one on the i tunes Irealnd charts.

Her supporters say they’ve invoiced HMV for around 27 thousand euro that was to have been divided between Lily-Mae and the Neuroblastoma Society.
