FOUR WOMEN KILLED FOLLOWING N17 COLLISION

Four young women have been killed in a road crash on the N17 last evening.

They were killed after the car they were travelling in collided with a truck on the main Milltown to Ballindine road after half past seven.

A fifth woman is critical in hospital, while the driver of the truck was also injured.

Tuam Gardaí say the Milltown to Ballindine road is closed, and will be closed for most of the day.
