Former hotel to be converted into apartments

Galway Bay fm newsroom – A former hotel in the city is to be converted into apartments.

Outfield management limited has got the green light to redevelop the Kingsvalley hotel on the Dublin road into ten new apartments.

Nine conditions are attached, one of which stipulates that all demolition will be restricted to 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 1pm on Saturday.
