The stable rental market in Galway means potential for further foreign direct investment and a fairer deal for tenants and landlords.

That’s according to Economist Ronan Lyons of property website, Daft.ie

A new survey conducted by Daft for the first quarter of this year shows rents dropped by zero point four percent in the city and three point five percent in the county.

Economist Ronan Lyons says one of the factors which have led to the stable market is a steady flow of foreign direct investment during 2011 and the first 4 months of the year.
