FLOODING AND POWER OUTTAGES AS STORM HITS GALWAY

There are reports of flooding across the city and county this morning after last night’s storm.

Just outside the city, the road outside Kellehan’s Pub in Bushypark is badly flooded.

The N59 is flooded at Glenlo Abbey hotel and at Oughterard Golf Club.

Power outages have also been reported at Boleybeg, Barna after the lightening storm.
