Final phase of four-bed homes launched in Roscam

O’Malley Construction has released the final phase of four-bed homes at Tuairín, which is located off the Coast Road in Roscam on the eastern side of the city.

The A-rated homes which are for sale are four-bed detached (1,780 sq ft) priced at €465,000 and four-bed semis (1,454 sq ft) prices at €379,500.

According to the selling agents, there has been considerable thought put into the design and there is great attention to detail in all of the houses. There is also a very high standard of workmanship, together with lovely of landscaping and finish.

In addition to the generous open spaces in Tuairín itself, the neighbouring Boireann Bheag estate boasts nine acres of amenity lands, which includes football pitches, tennis courts and extensive walkways, along the woodlands in Roscam and Merlin Park.

O’Maliey Construction is also constructing three- and four-bed houses (semi-detached and detached), together with a number of apartments, in Cúirt Bhoirne, Roscam. The first phase will be released in Spring 2021.
