Burkeway Homes are launching the final phase of their Maoilín development in Knocknacarra this weekend.

The 21 homes on the Ballymoneen Road will comprise three-bed terraced, three- and four-bed semi and four-bed detached houses.

The first phases, which comprised of 73 homes are well on the way to completion, with around 30 homes already occupied by their new owners.

The homes are all built to a very high standard of finish, build quality, and are designed to provide easily maintained, spacious, light filled homes. All the houses will be BER A-rated, which makes for low running costs and all homes provide very comfortable pleasant living environments for families.

The development also benefits from having large central green area, children’s playground and landscaped walkways.

Developer Michael Burke said: “We are delighted with the interest in this development from potential purchasers and indeed the very positive feedback from the purchasers of first 30 homes, who find the homes very comfortable.

“With solar panels, high level thermal insulation, heat recovery systems and high efficiency gas boilers the cost of running these homes are very low. As developers, we strive to provide a quality home for our clients and want them to have many happy and comfortable years in a Burkeway Home.”

According to the selling agents, demand for the remaining homes has proven “exceptionally strong”, and they have advised first time buyers to register with Revenue to qualify for savings of up to €20,000 under the ‘Help to Buy’ scheme.

The final phase will be launched this Saturday (March 25) from 2pm to 4pm in the showhouse.

The last phase will be launched to the market on 25th March 2017 from 2pm-4pm at the showhouse on site.

Prices start at €280,000. For further information, contact O’Donnellan & Joyce Auctioneers on 091 564212 or Sherry Fitzgerald on 091 569123.
