FILE FOR DPP ON MERVUE SEXUAL ASSAULT

A man arrested in connection with an aggravated sexual assault on a woman Thursday morning in Mervue has been released without charge and a file is being prepared from the DPP.

The man was arrested yesterday and detained at Galway Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act
