Farley takes heart from gutsy performance

Connacht captain Andrew Farley has urged his teammates to keep their feet well and truly on the ground after their magnificent heroics against former World Cup champions South Africa last Tuesday.
While Connacht were
defeated in their opening preseason friendly by 18-3, there was no shame losing to a side who had one week previously destroyed World Cup minnows Namibia by 105 points to 13.
Indeed, for long periods of Tuesday evening’s game, Connacht
gave as good as they got and,with less than 15 minutes remaining, only trailed their illustrious visitors by eight points to three.
