EMERGENCY SERVICES AT SCENE OF CRASH ON N17

Emergency services are at the scene of a two car collision on the N17 Tuam to Ballindine road.

The crash happened in the past hour at Carrownurlaur, about 3 miles the Ballindine side of Milltown.

Gardaí, Fire and Ambulance services are at the scene and it’s understood those travelling in the car will taken to hospital.

Gardaí are advising motorists that traffic in the Carrownurlaur area near Milltown is down to one lane for the next hour.
