ELECTION CANDIDATES WARNED OVER PORTIUNCULA HOSPITAL

The future of almost 17 hundred jobs associated with Portiuncula Hospital in Ballinasloe could have a bearing on the upcoming general election.

That’s according to Chairperson of the Portiuncula Action Committee, Padraig Mulligan.

He has warned Galway East election candidates that their failure to deliver the security of Portiuncula could cost them seats.
