Eighty thousand euro rent for prominent city centre store

Galway Bay fm newsroom – A prominent city centre store is to be taken over by Apple reseller Compu b

The store on William Street was formerly occupied by shoe shop chain Zerep which closed earlier in the year

The new trader will pay rent of approximately €80,000 plus a percentage of the turnover for the building which extends to 2,755 square feet

The letting was handled by Simon Plunkett of Douglas Newman Good Commercial
