€6m worth of homes set to go under the hammer

Almost €6 million worth of residential and commercial property is set to go under the hammer at the latest O’Donnellan & Joyce auction, which will take place in the city next week.

A total of 54 lots are set to go under the hammer – with a combined value of just under €5.9m – in the ‘Wild Atlantic Way’ auction.

Among the highlights of the auction are:

25 Lower Newcastle Road. High profile commercial/residential property situated adjacent to the gates of NUI Galway. It contains an abundance of space on the ground floor commercial unit and a four-bed apartment overhead. This property would make a gilt-edged investment. The Advised Minimum Value is €500,000.

The Stiles, Kingston, Galway. Architecturally designed family home, located on a magnificent site in this much sought-after residential area of the Kingston Road. The property which stands on one of the finest sites contains unparalleled views overlooking Galway Golf Club, Galway Bay and the surrounding coastline. The AMV is €450,000.
