€250,000 Lotto winning ticket sold in Galway

A lucky Lotto player in Galway scooped the top prize of €250,000 on last night’s National Lottery Lotto Plus 2 Draw.

The winning ticket was bought in Eason’s on Shop Street.

Manager David Boyce said there is massive excitement in the city at news of the win.

“This is amazing news for the shop and for Galway and will give everybody a boost. We are thrilled! It’s a very busy shop. We have had a hectic summer and with back to school it is has been flat out. We would love if the winner is a local.”

The winning Lotto Plus 2 numbers were: 3, 14, 24, 26, 30, 33 and Bonus 1.
