DISRUPTIONS OUTSIDE CITY BRANCH OF ANGLO IRISH BANK

A large cement mixer truck is blocking pedestrians outside Anglo Irish Bank in the city centre.

The van which has "TOXIC BANK" and "ANGLO IRISH BANK IS BANKRUPT" written across it was abandoned on the footpath outside the branch.
