Arts Week with Judy Murphy

Spring is in the air as The Dirty Circus is launching its brand-new burlesque and cabaret show, April Showers, at Galway City’s Róisín Dubh on Saturday, April 27, with doors at 8.30pm.  The Galway-based Dirty Circus collective supports local artists and performers, creating a space for alternative arts while also bringing the best of national and international talent to Galway.

And the best of international and Irish talent will be on display on April 27 when “a night of all things saucy and style” is promised. All that’s required is for people to turn up, sit back and soak it all up, Dirty Circus style.

The guest host for the occasion will be entertainer extraordinaire Mr Paddy Fagan. Nobody knows what’s going to happen with Mr Fagan, but naughtiness, decadence and glamour will be on the menu.

The event will also feature multi-award winning, international belly-dance performer Ms Stacey McPartlin, who explains that her show is all about fun and entertainment with empowerment and body confidence at its core.

Missy Fortune, meanwhile, will demonstrate her skill and power as an exotic aerialist; her passion is turning the world upside down.
