DIRECT CONTINTENTAL FLIGHTS FROM GALWAY DEFERRED DUE TO GLITCH
Date Published: 22-Jun-2007
Galway airport’s new Slattery Travel direct services to Faro, Malaga and Bordeaux have been deferred for a week due to what has been described as a “paper work glitch”.
As a result all outbound continental flights will not run as planned from Galway until next Friday, and are instead going from Shannon
David Slattery of Slattery Travel says he apologies for any convenience caused and says that a temporary “bus & fly” service will be operating via Shannon airport in the meantime.
Mr Slattery says passengers who were scheduled to fly from Galway will also receive 60 euros compensation and a free flight to use again at any time this year.
