CZECH MAN FURTHER REMANDED IN CUSTODY OVER CONNEMARA DEATH

A 22 year old man, charged in connection with the death of a woman in Connemara last month, has been further remanded in custody to appear in court again later this month.

Czech native, Jakub Fidler, with an address at Indreabhán, is charged with assault causing harm to 19 year Nicola Vonkova at a house at Na Minne in Indreabháin on July 21st.

He appeared at Harristown Court today, where Judge Conal Gibbons further remanded him in custody to appear before the court again on Friday August 22nd.
