CUSTODY REMAND FOR WITHOLDING INFO IN GLENAMADDY MURDER PROBE

A man has been remanded in continuing custody in connection with the death of a Latvian man in Glenamaddy.

The body of 30 year old Juris Buls was found in a wooded area near the village of Creggs last Saturday. (23/07)

Gardaí launched a murder investigation based on the results of the post mortem examination.

35 year old Sergejs Kraus of 12 Dudley Heights, Glenamaddy appeared before Judge Geoffrey Browne at Tuam District Court today.

He’s charged with withholding information and was remanded in continuing custody to appear before Harristown District Court on August 5th.
