CUSTODY REMAND FOR MULTIPLE DANGEROUS DRIVING CHARGES IN CITY

A Georgian man has been remanded in custody following his appearance at Galway District Court this morning, in connection with a high speed chase through the city yesterday.

23 year old George Mkrtichiani of 8 Mayfield Grove, Athlone appeared before Judge Mary Fahy charged with 10 counts of dangerous driving and 2 hit-and-runs.
