Croke Park 2 in the spotlight at city conference

The Annual Delegate Conference of the Civil Public and Services Union is underway in the city at the Clayton Hotel.

The conference of the largest civil service union will examine the impact of the economic crisis on lower-paid workers, and the implications of the rejection of the Croke Park 2 deal.

The CPSU meeting commenced in the last hour, and a private session is now in progress.

The conference is due to resume tomorrow morning at 9.15, and will continue until Saturday lunchtime.
