COURT APPEARANCE OVER LOUGHREA DRUGS SEIZURE

A Vietnamese man in his 40s will appear in court this morning charged in connection with a cannabis seizure in the Loughrea area.

The man was arrested yesterday following a planned search of a house at Raheen, Oughter. (23/08)

Gardaí uncovered a sophisticated hydrophonic cannabis cultivation factory, and seized cannabis plants with an estimated street value of 100 thousand euro.
